GRADINGS: think of martial arts schools where they grade students based on belts (white belt, yellow belt, orange belt, etc.) Allow admins to add 'rank' / 'grade' to each student profile. And then be able to filter by each grade from the 'Members' section. Have a Smart Traffic Light System showing whether students are ready to grade: Ready (green) Almost Ready (amber) Not Ready (red). Allow admins to easily group your students by ability based on classes attended, time spent at their rank or both.
